Please take time to read our terms and conditions before completing your order with us.  By completing your order you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

 

• Payments can be made by Credit or Debit card via Paypal only.  All payments must be in pounds sterling.

 

• Delivery within the UK is charged on all orders as shown within these pages.  Delivery outside the UK will be charged at cost.   If outside UK, please contact us for postal rates prior to ordering via info@theghilliesflybox.com

 

• All transactions are deemed to take place within the UK and are subject to the relevant United Kingdom Laws.

 

• All goods remain the property of The Ghillies Fly Box until paid for in full.

 

• Should any item ordered not be available from stock, every effort will be made to quote a realistic delivery time or an alternative option will be offered.

 

• If, for whatever reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to return the product within 7 days of delivery in the same condition in which it was sold, to receive a full refund.  Postage charges will not be refunded.

 

• All items will be sent via Royal Mail First Class post.  We aim process all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment and delivery will be subject to Royal Mail delivery times.
